Förderprojekt - Wissens und Technologietransfer "Konzepterstellung und prototypische Implementierung von Steuerungsalgorithmen für die Ansteuerung eines Funktionsmusters zur Herstellung von Schokoladenhohlkörpern unter Berücksichtigung der Richtlinien der Lebensmittelindustrie"
Die erfolgreiche Produktion eines Schokoladenhohlkörpers ist von vielen Faktoren abhängig, die einerseits durch die gewünschte Form des Hohlkörpers und andererseits durch die vorhandene technische Ausstattung beeinflusst wird. Selbstverständlich spielt auch der verwendete Rohstoff eine wesentliche Rolle. Für unsere Kunden ist ein effizienter Produktionsprozess von großer Bedeutung. Daraus folgend ist es das Ziel dieses Projektes, das Produktionsvolumen der zu fertigenden Anlagen zu erhöhen. Angestrebt wird ein qualitativ hochwertiges Ergebnis mit möglichst geringem Kostenaufwand. Um dieses Ziel umzusetzen, haben wir im Rahmen des WTT-Projektes einen Berater mit der Erbringung von Innovationsberatungsdiensten und/oder innovationsunterstützenden Dienstleistungen beauftragt.

Description
The fully automatic SBL425-1000 for automatic production of unfilled mono chocolate or compound products for medium to high capacities. The moulds are automatically added from the empty mould magazin and finally automatically demoulded and returned after automatic mould check back to the mould preheater and depositor station. A PLC control enables the operator all the time a easy operation.
